Standard Swaps Only: Prices apply to basic fixture swaps where the existing wiring, junction boxes, and mounting hardware are code-compliant and ready for reuse.

Mounting & Wiring Adjustments:

If your fixture requires special mounting brackets, non-standard wiring, or structural modifications, we will notify you before proceeding.

Fixture Type Coverage: This pricing includes common residential fixtures like flush mounts, semi-flush, wall sconces, vanity bars, and basic pendants.

Client-Provided Fans: Please have your new ceiling fan on-site and accessible at the time of installation. It does not need to be unboxed, but it should be in the home and ready for setup.

Clear Work Area: To help us work safely and efficiently, please clear the area beneath and around the fan location of any furniture or obstacles prior to our arrival.

Standard Swaps Only: Prices listed apply to standard replacements — swapping existing ceiling fans where wiring and structural support already meet code.

Structural or Electrical Issues:

If the existing electrical box is not fan-rated, or if additional wiring, bracing, or support is needed, we’ll notify you before continuing.

Estimated Installation Time: Most ceiling fans take 1 - 2 hours to install, depending on height, accessibility, and fan complexity.

Specialty Fans: Fans with lighting kits, remote controls, or extra-long downrods may require additional labor and pricing adjustments.

We Provide Devices: All standard White switches and outlets are provided by us and are included in the package pricing.

💡 If you have a preference for color, style, or brand, please let us know in advance.

Clear Work Area: Please ensure that all switch and outlet locations are accessible. Remove any furniture, wall decor, or obstructions prior to installation.

Standard Swaps Only: pricing applies to standard replacements of existing switches and outlets where wiring is in good condition and the electrical boxes meet code.

GFCI, Dimmers & Specialty Devices:

Specialty items like GFCIs, dimmers, USB, or smart switches may include a $10 -$20 labor upcharge per unit, depending on type and setup.

Wiring or Box Issues:

If existing wiring is damaged, outdated, or if electrical boxes are loose or unsafe, we’ll notify you before continuing.

We supply all material to complete installation.

Installation Disclaimers

⚠️ We don't repair any drywall cut or remove to complete installation of Customer Provided EV Charger, We will mount EV Charger on Customer desired location if and when any obstacles present or unforseen circumstances.

New dedicated circuit on ¾ emt interior use only up to 50ft from Electrical Panel, code complaint to local utility company
